Proofreading is a highly marketable skill. Help students produce error-free documents. Although often neglected, proofreading is actually the last step of the writing process. How many times have students lost points on assignments due to careless errors? The "Proofreading Skill Builder" online training course introduces educators to the discipline of proofreading. When teachers understand the process of proofreading, they can help students connect this activity to the final stage of the writing process.

Diversity  and inclusion are important to educational success. Help students be respectful of all people and cultures in their writing assignments. The online course, "Diversity in Content Writing" illustrates how to identify and avoid language bias by analyzing real case studies of agencies that have fallen victim to bias. Every lesson shows alternate ways to write objectively. Although we cannot control people's (mis)interpretations of our writing, we can ensure that it meets current standards of decency when referencing race, sex, gender, orientation, age, medical condition or disability.
